Resilience

“In life, it’s not what happens to you but how you respond that matters.”

Resilience is a commitment to a design, an attitude, and a system that works even when things don’t turn out the way we planned. Especially then.


Our brains aren’t so great at looking for the good things that happen, we are wired to notice negative stuff, it’s our brain’s way of making sure we are always safe.

We need to be cautious of things like double-checking if something we see is a snake or a stick. There weren’t doctors that could make us better quick back then so it made sense to be fearful.

So that’s cool, we all want to stay safe but we also want to be happy right?!

One of the easiest ways to make sure our days are happier ones is to practice noticing all the good stuff. It’s really not hard and will make us better at always noticing the good stuff no just the bad or negative parts of our days.
