It becomes a pattern and we are making that thought pattern stronger and stronger every time we think that way. Some thought patterns are better than others, the ones that don’t bring us much happiness aren’t great. So let’s learn how to strengthen the positive ones that make us happier.
Technique: Friendly thoughts - think of someone that makes you smile, make sure it’s someone you will see today or a least this week. Yes, you can choose a pet! Now repeat in your mind some of these phrases or make up your own!
